The asking price for this gorgeous home is $3,995,000. Kanye first bought it for a mere $1,750,000. It's located at 7882 Fareholm Drive in West Hollywood Hills. It was built in 2002 which makes it a fairly new home. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It's 4,214 sq/ft with a 2 car garage. In this economy, why is he asking for like double that price? I wonder if it'll sell for what he's asking. Since I know I'm not going to Hollywood any time soon, these pictures are as close to this home as I'll ever get. Peep that amazing view at the bottom though. *sigh* breathtaking.
