Rihanna allegedly has a new tattoo ON HER NECK 0______O. Rihanna went the east village in NYC at East Side Ink to see how the words "Rebelle Fleur" would look. Apparently Rihanna got the stencil of it done first to see how it would look on her and got it done later. Rebelle Fleur means "rebel/rebellious flower". I like the meaning of the word and all but on the neck though RiRi? I don't know about that ...

Wow... actually, the right way to write it would have been "Fleur rebelle" and not "Rebelle fleur"... I know, French is my first language...
she issued this whole statement about how she KNOWS it's the way SHE wants it to be lol I guess she figured everyone who really knew French would jump on her lol
