This girl named Jasmine is now rumored to be Chris Brown's new girl. He twitpic-ed this picture on his Twitter with the caption: "Chillin". She retweeted this picture and said "hmmmm I wonder who this is ;)" and they're both following eachother on Twitter.

Honestly, if this is his new girl, he upgraded 9103987429893758392x. This girl is a bad bitch. I've peeped her pictures and she looks gorgeous. They look cute together from what I've seen. I love Rihanna to death but this was an upgrade looks-wise =X damn, I can't believe I just said that.
